North Fairview High School conducts Onsite, Remote, and Dropbox Enrollment.


  1. Onsite Enrollment (Face-to-face)

Proceed to North Fairview High School Covered Court and bring the following requirements:

  • Original Report Card (SF 9)

  • Birth Certificate (Original and Photocopy)

  • Good Moral Character (if available)

  • Long Brown Envelope

  • Ballpen

Observe Health and Safety Protocol

Just drop the accomplished enhanced Basic Education Enrollment Form (BEEF) in the enrollment box located in from of the school.

Announcement to All Incoming Grade 7 and Grade 11 Students

North Fairview High School will conduct EARLY REGISTRATION for School Year 2022-2023.

All incoming Grade 7 and 11 Students for the upcoming School Year 2022-2023 are encouraged to enroll from March 25 to April 30, 2022.

Important note that incoming Grades 8-10, and 12 are pre-registered and there is no need for early registration.

B. ONSITE REGISTRATION PLATFORM

Printed Enrollment Form can be obtained and returned after completion from the school through the EARLY REGISTRATION COMMITTEE or Security Guard on Duty from Mondays-Fridays 8:00AM-5:00PM starting March 25. Obtaining/returning of accomplished printed enrollment form shall strictly adhere to the minimum health standards such as wearing of face mask.
